Firma Janex enjoys Customer’s confidence since 1990. We provide domestic and abroad construction and technical services. We offer complete performance in all construction, erection and installation branches as well as direct sale of houses and apartment built by us.

All the investments planned by us are developed thoroughly and precisely with collaboration of experienced Kraków architects. We offer houses and apartments in developer’s standard or – at Customer’s request – of higher standard based on individual agreements. To meet your needs and expectations we assist also in interior arrangement and a convenient bank credit procedure.

Firma Janex guarantees quality, on time performance and clear financing system as well as increasing Customer’s satisfaction. The prime quality of our services was confirmed by the ISO 9001:2000 quality certificate granted by an international company RWTÜV Systems GmBH in 2004. The certificate results from the quality strategy accepted in 2003, in which one of the main goals is to permanent pursuit of increasing customer service.

From 2008 Firmais a member of the Stowarzyszenia Budowniczych Domów i Mieszkań (House and Apartment Developer Association).
