RESERVATION AGREEMENT
- concluded when the building permission is processed
Such agreement is conclude with the Customer when the company is applied for building permission. The reservation fee is PLN 5,000 (for appartments) and PLN 15,000 (for houses) – to be paid within 3 calendar days after signing the agreement on company’s account ... and it is included into the house or apartment price after the preliminary agreement is signed.
Should the Customer refuses in writing the reservation fee is paid back to the Buyer (in the case of refusal from the Buyer’s fault, the Seller will hold 50% of the paid amount of the reservation fee as a conventional penalty; in the case that the preliminary agreement has not been concluded due to the Seller's fault, the Buyer will obtain the full reservation fee plus interests for default).
PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT
It can be concluded:
The agreement includes not only the mutual obligations of both parties related to the sale and purchase of an apartment / house but also the payment time schedule.

DWELLING SALE CONTRACT
Such contract is concluded after signing the apartment / house acceptance report and full payment was made.
The contract is concluded in the form of notarial act at a notary office. The cost of the contract are borne by the Buyer. The signing of the notarial act results in establishing a separate mortgage property and carrying the rights to the Buyer.
After signing the notarial act, the keys and apartment / house are taken over.
You become the owners of an apartment / house and also the members of dwelling community formed by all the owners.
